Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST - HOURLY to join our HUMAN RESOURCES team!
The HR Solution Center Specialist supports and collaborates with all HR AOES, leadership & employees to provide operational support to meet the Client's HR needs. The HR Solutions Center Specialist coordinates and administers all operational transactions related to Human Resources operations. Responsible for maintaining the confidential employee databases, and other employee-related word processing documents and forms, maintaining the confidential employee files and document management system.
HOURS: Full Time, 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every two weeks
Experience/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two years progressive HR experience desired.
  • Critical thinking. Collaborative. Business competence. Effective analytical ability to solve complex problems and issues and ability to work independently in a team environment. Service oriented. Demonstrated ability to organize work, handle multiple priorities, set priorities and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with knowledge of HR systems.
  • Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
