We are hiring an HR Assistant Specialist with Driving for an onsite contract opportunity in Kahului, Hawaii. This role supports HR operations, recruitment activities, workforce planning, and applicant tracking systems while collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: HR Assistant Specialist with Driving

  • Location: Kahului, HI 96732 (Onsite)

  • Duration: July 6, 2026 – December 18, 2026

  • Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (HST)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and HR operations.

  • Manage ATS/VMS requisitions and workforce planning activities.

  • Generate HR and recruitment reports.

  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams.

  • Provide ATS/VMS support and user training.

  • Assist with HR administration and special projects.

  • Travel locally using a personal vehicle as needed for HR support activities (approved business travel expenses are reimbursed).

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) or equivalent experience.
