Pressroom Supervisor (Print Production) – 1st Shift
Monday–Friday | Competitive Pay | Leadership Opportunity


Sheridan MN is seeking a Pressroom Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflows, and on-time delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing pressroom staff, driving performance, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and supervise pressroom operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
  • Manage and support production staff, including scheduling and performance oversight.
  • Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
  • Partner with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.
  • Analyze production data to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership on performance, staffing, and operational needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing schedules, production flow, and team performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in printing, pressroom operations, or similar equipment environments.
