A manufacturing company in the Lehigh Valley is searching for an Human Resources Manager-Manufacturing. This direct-hire position is 5 days onsite and starts immediately. Responsibilities Full-cycle payroll ownership Advanced HRIS administration Manufacturing HR operations Complex employee relations Supervisor coaching Independent decision-making Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Five or more years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Manager experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong employee relations experience required. Experience managing full-cycle payroll, benefit, and HRIS systems. Working knowledge of wage and hour laws, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, workers' compensation, and other employment regulations.
