Job Summary
  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Supervisor to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, fostering a positive work environment, and managing key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
  • This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with management and staff at all levels. As an HR Supervisor, you will serve as the first line of support for the HR team and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Job Description
  • Responsibilities:
  • - Supervise HR Staff: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
  • - Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to ensure that staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Assist with job postings, interview coordination, and candidate selection.
  • - Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, grievances, and conflicts. Resolve workplace issues and provide conflict resolution support in alignment with company policies.
  • - Performance Management: Assist managers with performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and corrective actions. Provide training on performance management best practices and assist in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • - Training & Development: Identify training needs and recommend development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions as needed.
  • - Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure that HR practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and assist in policy updates.
  • - HR Administration: Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department, including maintaining employee records, managing HR software systems, and processing payroll-related information.
  • - Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, retention rates, and recruitment progress. Provide insights and recommendations to senior HR leadership.
  • - Employee Engagement: Promote a positive and inclusive work culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
Qualifications
  • Education, Training, and Skills Required:
  • - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • - Certifications: Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • - Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
