Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This is a fully onsite opportunity that offers valuable experience supporting various Human Resources functions and special projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the HR team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Support special HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives, process improvements, and department-related assignments.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
  • Track project deadlines and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare materials as needed.
  • Support data entry, reporting, and audit activities.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources.
  • Help organize training sessions, employee events, and other HR programs.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous administrative, customer service, internship, or office experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
