Job Description

Le/la stagiaire en ressources humaines soutient principalement les activités de formation et de développement des compétences, tout en apportant un appui aux opérations administratives de l’équipe RH, le tout sous la supervision de la conseillère formation du studio. Cette personne participe à la planification et à la coordination des formations, au suivi des dossiers des employés, à la mise à jour d'outils et de processus, ainsi qu'à différents projets contribuant au développement des talents et à l'efficacité des pratiques RH.

Ce stage constitue une excellente occasion d'acquérir une expérience concrète dans un environnement dynamique, de collaborer avec plusieurs spécialistes RH et de contribuer à des projets variés qui favorisent la croissance des employés et la performance de l'organisation.

Responsabilités principales : 

Contribuer aux activités de formation et de développement des compétences

  • Participer à l'organisation et à la coordination des activités de formation (planification, invitations, logistique et préparation du matériel).
  • Assurer le suivi des formations obligatoires et tenir à jour les dossiers et les ressources de formation.
  • Compiler et analyser les données de participation et les rétroactions afin de soutenir l'amélioration continue des programmes.
  • Participer au développement d'outils, de processus et de projets en apprentissage (par exemple, matrices de compétences, documentation, guides).
  • Effectuer des recherches sur les meilleures pratiques en formation et contribuer aux communications visant à promouvoir les activités d'apprentissage.

Soutenir les opérations administratives de l'équipe RH

  • Mettre à jour les dossiers des employés et assurer la qualité des données RH.
  • Apporter un soutien administratif à différents dossiers RH, notamment en lien avec les contrats d'emploi, les dossiers d'immigration, les formations obligatoires et certaines activités de conformité.
  • Répondre aux questions de base des employés ou les orienter vers la bonne personne.

Participer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques RH

  • Collaborer à différents projets RH et à l'amélioration des processus administratifs.
  • Contribuer à la mise à jour de politiques, de procédures et d'outils internes.
  • Offrir un soutien à l'équipe RH selon les priorités et les besoins du moment.

Main Responsibilities

Contribute to training and skill development activities

  • Participate in the organization and coordination of training activities (planning, invitations, logistics, and material preparation).
  • Oversee mandatory training and keep training files and resources up to date.
  • Compile and analyze participation data and feedback to support the continuous improvement of programs.
  • Participate in the development of tools, processes, and learning projects (e.g., skill matrices, documentation, guides).
  • Conduct research on best practices in training and contribute to communications aiming to promote learning activities.

Support the administrative operations of the HR team

  • Update employee records and ensure the quality of HR data.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR records, particularly those related to employment contracts, immigration files, mandatory training, and certain compliance activities.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person.

Participate in the continuous improvement of HR practices

  • Collaborate on various HR projects and improve administrative processes.
  • Contribute to the updating of policies, procedures, and internal tools.
  • Provide support to the HR team based on current priorities and needs.
Qualifications
  • Être actuellement inscrit(e) dans un programme collégial ou universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines, relations industrielles, administration ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Être disponible pour effectuer un stage crédité (ou selon les exigences de l'établissement d'enseignement).
  • Intérêt marqué pour le développement des talents, la formation et les ressources humaines.
  • Bon sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Rigueur, souci du détail et aptitude à travailler avec des informations confidentielles.
  • Bonnes habiletés en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais.
