Job description

Human Resources Assistant - Business Partners

Assist Human Resources with daily activities. Performs a variety of administrative/clerical functions in connection with employment, payroll benefits and human resource processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Serves as a Human Resources representative to internal and external customers.
  • Takes initiative and uses proper judgment to ensure that attention is given to matters of priority and confidentiality.
  • Maintains office flow procedures by completing calendar appointments, schedules, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, correspondence, etc.
  • Maintains Human Resources counseling log when Performance Improvement Plans are received.
  • Keeps the Human Resources Manager informed and current on Human Resources concerns and Compliance issues.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required

Work Schedule: 7AM - 5PM

Work Type: Full Time
