The HumanResource Coordinator supports and facilitates a wide range of human resourcesfunctions for the Vancouver office. This role administers new hire onboarding,employee relations, including workplace investigations, workplace injuryreporting, and leave of absence administration. Additional responsibilitiesinclude assist employees with benefits enrollment, recruitment, interviewcoordination, and other recruiting activities.
Working closelywith the Corporate HR team in Lakewood and the local Regional Director, theHuman Resource Coordinator helps ensure consistent implementation of HRpolicies, procedures, and best practices. This position also providesadministrative support to the HR function, including maintaining employeerecords, managing personnel files, and ensuring accurate HRIS data entry.
