Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform data entry activities that may include verifying data and preparing materials for printing for Trilogy PLM and/or its family of companies.

  • Protect the information and identities of our employees.
  • Receive and process applications, and employee data, including training records into the Farmer's Office program and onboarding events.
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Respond to requests for information in a professional manner and access relevant files.
  • Adapt to change with a positive attitude and maintain an open mind.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Assist in other clerical duties including filing, faxing, and copying documents.
  • Conduct internal investigations in partnership with growers as needed.
  • Utilize great interpersonal communication skills, compassion, and customer service.
  • Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
  • Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
  • Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
  • Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as credit bureaus and finance companies.
  • Prepare badges, passes, and identification cards, and perform other security-related duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English and ability to communicate fluently in both languages for business purposes.
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Daily travel throughout different counties in the Central Valley to execute HR functions.
Qualifications:
  • Human Resource experience in the Agricultural industry
  • MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Education:
  • High School required or Some College
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
