HR Assistant

Our client is a well-known sports organization! They are seeking an HR Assistant to focus on a special project!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr - $22/hr

Position Overview:

The HR Assistant will focus on the HR team's employee file digitization project. This HR Assistant position will be a 1 - 2 month contract!

Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:

  • Review employee files for accuracy
  • Digitize employee HR files
  • Box and label files to be archived
  • Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and timely maintenance of HR files
  • Perform related duties as required

Qualifications for the HR Assistant:

  • 1 year of HR experience
  • Strong organization skills
  • Experience with Excel
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information
  • Maintains a customer service approach and positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
