Description
  • Attend weekly, monthly and quarterly staff development meetings and workshops utilizing the Parisi Online Education platform.
  • Identify and complete annual self development plan.
  • Conduct training sessions for teams, groups, and individuals at a high level.
  • Communicate with parents of athletes to report progress, build rapport and obtain referrals.

Position Requirements
  • Complete PA Criminal Background Check
  • Available as required by facility. Usually 3pm-8pm on weekdays, as well as Saturday mornings. Must be flexible for other days and times.
  • Must have transportation.
  • Must dress in approved Parisi apparel.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Exercise Science or related field.
  • Professional training certification. Sports performance certification preferred over standard personal training certifications.
  • Maintain PSS certification every 2 years.
  • College athletics experience preferred.
  • Must be physically fit and able to perform athletic movements.
  • Maintain high standards of business ethics.
  • Maintain good working relationships and mutual cross-functional opportunities within the facility.
  • Represent the Parisi brand well by being an ambassador through: acting in a professional manner at all times, differentiating the Parisi brand by promoting the values and mission, able to motivate and work effectively with young athletes.
