Job Title: UI/UX Lead

Location: Dallas/Plano, TX (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and oversee the complete user journey across TOMO, ServiceNow, and dashboards.
  • Design cohesive, user-centric, and error-preventive (Poka-Yoke) experiences.
  • Focus on optimizing how users interact with TOMO and related applications.
  • Define and map JIT (Just-In-Time) conversational flows, chatbot interactions, and personality.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
  • Establish UX standards, design guidelines, and usability best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in UI/UX design, user journey mapping, and interaction design.
  • Experience designing conversational AI/chatbot experiences.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and human-centered design principles.
  • Ability to create seamless cross-platform user experiences and design systems.

Required Education:  At least a Bachelorโ€™s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.

Necessary Skills: TOMO, ServiceNow, enterprise dashboards, UI/UX.
