Accenture is helping enterprises reinvent their organizations and businesses with human-centered AI solutions and services to drive breakthrough innovation and lasting competitive advantage. With more than 45,000 AI and data professionals across the company, our AI & Data practice brings together cutting-edge AI technologies, deep industry experience, strategic investment, exceptional interdisciplinary talent, and a powerful ecosystem of partners to help clients scale AI with speed and confidence.

You Are

The Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Lead works with multidisciplinary teams at the intersection of Human-Centered Design, Information Visualization, Interaction Design, and Agentic AI Experience Design, bringing the next generation of human-AI collaboration to life through innovative design, rapid prototyping, and advanced agentic AI solution development.

Working closely with AI and data experts, subject matter experts (SMEs), and clients, this role helps shape transformative human-AI experiences that balance intelligence, trust, usability, and measurable business impact. The role is deeply embedded within the AI & Data team, translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive, empathetic, responsible, and impactful human experiences that redefine how humans and AI work together.

Beyond client work, the design lead plays a key role in fostering a collaborative, interdisciplinary culture across AI, data, and industry teams, while mentoring and inspiring the next generation of talent that is passionate about designing human-centered agentic AI solutions.

The Work

  • Contribute to and shape the visual design direction on projects from concept through delivery, driving quality, aesthetic cohesion, and adherence to project timelines.

  • Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary partners (i.e. AI engineers, scientists, and domain experts) to advance enterprise AI experiences that are intuitive, trustworthy, and aligned with user needs and business goals.

  • Engage confidently in stakeholder conversations, communicating your design rationale clearly and beginning to develop your presence as a trusted creative voice in human-AI experience design.

  • Mentor and support team members in their day-to-day work, helping them grow their skills, utilize the best methods and tools, navigate challenges and develop as product designers
