Job description

We are hiring a Product Line Manager (ESP Completions) to serve as the end-to-end owner of key Artificial Lift product lines within our ESP enhancement portfolio.

This is a true Product Line Owner with accountability for commercial success, margin performance, field reliability, and full lifecycle execution.

What You’ll Own

  • Product strategy and multi-year roadmap execution
  • New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept through commercialization
  • Pricing, positioning, adoption, and gross profit outcomes
  • Field performance, reliability metrics, and warranty exposure
  • Cross-functional execution across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales

  • Y-Tools
  • Dual ESP Completions
  • Other ESP Completion technologies

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related discipline)
  • 10+ years in Offshore Artificial Lift engineering, operations, manufacturing, or product leadership
  • Proven success launching oilfield technologies to commercial scale
  • Strong understanding of ESP systems and downhole completion tools
  • Business-minded leader with strong technical judgment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Combination of office, manufacturing, and field environments
  • Ability to travel to manufacturing facilities and customer field locations
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as required in field environments
