Our hosts are responsible for greeting incoming guests, thanking departing guests, providing accurate waiting times, seating guests in a friendly manner, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We will provide you with all the necessary training. There are advancement opportunities available for those who seek them!

Status: Full-Time amp; Part-Time
Shifts: AM amp; PM. Must be able to work some nights amp; weekends.
Responsibilities:
  • Accommodate any special needs or requests of guests.
  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single Guest feel welcome upon arrival.
  • Receive incoming phone calls with a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly approach.
  • Engage in friendly conversation as you seat Guests in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure that every Guest has a menu and any other important information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned.
  • Assist in clearing, cleaning, and preparing tables for incoming Guests as necessary.
  • Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set Guest expectations.
  • Open door for Guests arriving and departing.
  • Sincerely thank Guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Requirements:
  • Must have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude, and be able to assist guests and possess excellent guest relations skills
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment, work effectively within a team, and be on your feet and alert for extended periods.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintains a strong personal image and uniform standards.
