Electrical Assembler: Richmond, Illinois
Our customer in Richmond, Illinois is seeking skilled and dependable individuals to join their team as full-time Electrical Assemblers on 1st shift. If you have experience with hand tools, electronic assembly, and reading blueprints, this is a great opportunity to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with room for growth.
Responsibilities of the Electrical Assembler:
  • Assemble and wire medium voltage power distribution components per specification.
  • Interpret and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure correct assembly.
  • Perform detailed installation of control wiring, grounding, relays, sensors, and other critical elements.
  • Perform electrical and functional tests to verify compliance with industry and customer standards.
  • Adjust, repair or replace electrical or electronic components to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications.
Electrical Assembler Requirements and Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring/building, or other electromechanical assembly Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay for Electrical Assembler: Starting at $20/hour.
