Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Part-Time Executive Administrator to support our executive team and company owners. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience supporting senior leadership while learning the inner workings of a growing government contracting company.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly dependable, and excited to build foundational administrative and business skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating availability
  • Help prepare executives for meetings by organizing materials, agendas, and logistics
  • Support meeting coordination, including scheduling, room setup, and follow-up items
  • Serve as a point of contact for basic coordination between executives and internal teams
  • Assist with drafting and organizing communications and documents
  • Maintain organization of files, calendars, and administrative processes
  • Support general administrative needs and special projects as assigned
  • Provide day-to-day support to ensure executives are prepared and operations run smoothly

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in an administrative or executive support role
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Prior administrative or internship experience is a plus, but not required

Work Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility based on executive schedules
  • Must be available to work in-office when executives are present
  • Occasional remote work may be permitted based on business needs
  • Flexibility in availability is highly preferred

As a certified HUBZone employer, we are required to maintain a workforce that includes employees residing in designated HUBZone areas. Candidates must reside in a HUBZone at the time of hire and throughout employment in this role.
