Hubspot Partner information

What is a HubSpot Partner?

HubSpot Partners are agencies, consultants, or service providers that have been certified by HubSpot to help businesses implement, customize, and maximize the use of HubSpot's software and marketing tools. These partners offer expertise in inbound marketing, sales enablement, CRM integration, and ongoing support. They help clients optimize their digital marketing strategies and ensure they get the most value from HubSpot’s products and services.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a HubSpot Partner?

To thrive as a HubSpot Partner, you need expertise in inbound marketing, CRM management, and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, often supported by relevant certifications such as HubSpot Academy credentials. Proficiency with the HubSpot platform, including its marketing, sales, and service hubs, as well as integration with other digital tools, is crucial. Outstanding client communication, project management, and problem-solving skills help differentiate top partners in delivering value to clients. These skills are essential for implementing effective marketing solutions, maximizing client success, and maintaining strong, ongoing business relationships.

What are common challenges faced by HubSpot Partners when managing multiple client accounts?

As a HubSpot Partner, one frequent challenge is juggling the unique needs and goals of multiple clients while maintaining high standards of service. Partners must stay updated on HubSpot’s frequent platform updates and ensure each client’s portal is optimized accordingly. Coordinating campaigns, tracking performance, and providing strategic advice often requires strong project management skills and clear communication with both clients and internal teams. Effective time management and leveraging automation within HubSpot can help balance these demands successfully.

Company Overview

Modern Amenities is redefining how traditional industries scale by combining AI, data, and platform innovation into one connected ecosystem. We’re more than a single business—we’re building the blueprint for transforming entire markets, starting with the vending and unattended retail space.

What we do:

  • Vendingpreneurs trains entrepreneurs to launch profitable vending routes, creating a ready network of subcontractors to power enterprise contracts.
  • Modern Amenities partners with REITs, hotel groups, and healthcare facilities to deliver micro-markets and workplace amenities with zero upfront cost—think of us as the “Netflix” of on-site amenities.
  • VendHub brings the ecosystem together, offering equipment financing, inventory management, and lead generation in one integrated platform.
  • AIMS (AI Managed Services) extends our AI-driven lead generation and operational systems to other B2B industries.

Why it matters:
Modern Amenities is proving that entire industries can be reimagined through platform thinking. We’re not just participating in the future—we’re building it. Our systems are already driving millions in revenue, helping small businesses succeed while delivering enterprise-grade solutions at scale.

Our impact:
From empowering entrepreneurs to servicing national contracts, every solution we create multiplies across multiple business lines. The result: an ecosystem where innovation, efficiency, and opportunity align to unlock billion-dollar potential across industries.

Ready to grow with us?
Join Modern Amenities at the perfect stage—established enough to scale, but lean enough that your work has immediate impact. Here, ideas become action quickly, and every contribution helps build the future of business.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads and guiding prospects through the sales journey. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, educating customers about our programs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals that make an immediate impact. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals looking to accelerate their career in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage prospects via phone, video calls, email, and online channels, delivering clear and compelling product presentations.
  • Lead prospects through the decision-making process, address objections, and consistently close new business.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales quotas, KPIs, and revenue targets.
  • Track all customer interactions and progress using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Partner with colleagues and leadership to share best practices, refine sales strategies, and contribute to team success.
  • Stay sharp by participating in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and skill-building opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development (B2B or B2C).
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build rapport, and close deals in a quota-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written abilities; able to quickly establish trust and credibility with prospects.
  • Motivated by results, with a relentless focus on exceeding goals.
  • Proficiency with CRMs and digital sales tools; Salesforce or HubSpot experience a plus.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and embraces new challenges.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65,000 – $75,000 OTE (base salary $36,000 + uncapped commission).

  • Clear advancement pathways into senior and leadership roles—we promote from within.
  • Hands-on onboarding, world-class coaching, and continuous development programs.
  • Work in a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy environment that celebrates wins.
  • Be part of a company that’s scaling fast and values innovation, performance, and growth.

Application Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a brief sales skills assessment before the initial interview.
