Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion R2R Solution Architect to lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) transformation within a large-scale Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion implementation. The candidate will drive financial architecture, reporting, reconciliation, and close processes while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Fusion R2R workstream for enterprise ERP transformation
  • Define target-state architecture across:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management (CM)
    • Accounting Hub
    • Financial Reporting
  • Support financial close transformation and ledger migration strategy
  • Drive reconciliation processes and audit readiness requirements
  • Lead testing strategy, cutover planning, and historical data validation
  • Partner with Finance teams to ensure successful adoption
  • Support hypercare and long-term finance transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules
  • Proven experience leading R2R transformations
  • Strong understanding of accounting, financial close, and reconciliation processes
  • Experience with Oracle EBS โ†’ Fusion migrations
  • Strong stakeholder management and enterprise implementation experience
