The base pay scale for this position is $35.92 - $35.92. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

Previous applicable experience in healthcare, hospitality or other highly visible customer service required. 44960
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Previous medical billing and customer service experience highly desirable. 3+ Knowledge of third party operating procedures, regulation, and billing requirements as well as government reimbursement programs. Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding and Medical Terminology and Collections. Proficient in uses of computerized registration and billing systems and personal computers, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to identify trends with regard to third party payer denials and proactively problem solve. Positive attitude, flexible team player Epic experience preferred.
