To thrive as an HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) professional, you need a solid background in risk assessment, safety regulations, and quality management, typically supported by relevant industry experience and qualifications such as a NEBOSH certification or a degree in occupational health and safety. Familiarity with compliance software, incident reporting tools, and standards like ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 is highly valued.
