Responsibilities and Expectations:  
 
Integrated Power Services is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HSE/CIPS Coordinator. As an HSE/CIPS Coordinator, you will apply Servant Leadership principles to build trust and open communication while leading CIPS and safety activities and ensuring compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
 
  • Lead all aspects of HSE programs and CIPS (Continuous Improvement Process Solution) within the service center.
  • Utilize and promote lean tools such as 6S, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, and others.
  • Develop, update, and own continuous improvement processes, metrics, and associated tools.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of standard work throughout the facility.
  • Lead efforts to achieve facility scorecard targets.
  • Participate in team meetings, risk sessions, and decision-making related to the execution of improvement projects.
  • Administer environmental and government reporting programs, ensuring the location meets the highest standards of awareness, disposal, and responsible purchasing.
  • Manage performance indicators and HSE dashboards, ensuring data quality and effective communication of information (risk mapping, significant events).
  • Develop and implement all safety, emergency, and security programs, including related training.
  • Encourage employees to adopt practices that contribute to a safer work environment.
  • Inspect the facility to identify existing or potential accidents, health hazards, or noncompliance issues, and recommend corrective or preventive measures as needed.
  • Educate service center personnel on environmental initiatives and campaigns.
  • Attend training sessions and discussions regarding new regulations and safe practices.
  • Coordinate and maintain OSHA and EPA compliance programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HSE preferred.
