Job description

NOW HIRING โ€“ HSE / SAFETY TECHNICIANS
Midland, TX | Target Start Date Around June 1st

Premier Staffing Solutions is currently hiring experienced HSE / Safety Technicians and Safety Coordinators for a long-term Oil & Gas / Industrial project in Midland, Texas. This project is expected to last 14โ€“18 months with immediate interview opportunities available.

Pay & Benefits:

  • $74/Day Per Diem
  • Lodging Provided
  • Travel Reimbursement โ€“ $0.70/mile (up to 500 miles)
  • High Hours Available + Overtime Potential
  • Long-Term Project (14โ€“18 Months)
  • Hourly Rate Still Being Finalized

Requirements:

  • OSHA 30 REQUIRED
  • Previous Industrial, Oilfield, Refinery, Pipeline, or Construction Safety Experience Preferred
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be comfortable working in industrial and hazardous environments
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures and OSHA compliance
  • Experience conducting JSAs, audits, toolbox talks, and safety meetings preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce workplace safety procedures and compliance
  • Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site audits
  • Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
  • Maintain safety documentation, reports, and permits
  • Support field crews and supervisors with safety guidance
  • Perform site inspections and hazard assessments
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture onsite
