We have produced control packages for many of America's top corporations in the chemical, environmental, food, pulp and paper, rubber, petroleum, pharmaceutical, glass, metals, and utilities industries. We also deliver equipment for use worldwide. Our rigorous methodology assures compliance with domestic and international standards. We can meet the needs of our diverse clientele from start to finish through sales, design, fabrication, testing, and delivery.

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead our safety initiatives @ Conroe facility. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving HSE programs to ensure regulatory compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of safety certifications and 5S systems (Lean).

Job Duties:

  • Oversee HSE programs ensuring consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other relevant safety and environmental regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal laws
  • Implement and maintain industry-recognized safety certifications. Develop and conduct employee training programs to enhance safety awareness and compliance
  • Champion and reinforce 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to drive workplace organization, efficiency, and safety culture improvements
  • Develop risk assessments, emergency response plans, and corrective action strategies to minimize incidents and improve workplace safety
  • Conduct and oversee internal and external audits, site inspections, and compliance reviews. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on findings
  • Utilize safety metrics, leading indicators, and KPIs to measure performance, identify trends, and implement proactive safety measures
  • Partner with Operations, HR, and Facilities teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily workflows
  • Ensure environmental policies align with company sustainability goals and industry best practices
