Job Summary
The HSE Administrator provides HSE and Operations personnel with administration support and assistance in compliance with the company’s health, safety and environmental programs.
Job Title: HSE Administrator
Division: Permian
Location: Midland, Tx
Reports to: HSE Manager
Essential Job Functions:
•Assist in the development and implementation of TOS Safety Management System.
•Assist in implementing HSE training and development programs when needed. Organize and maintain compliance with TOS operations field personnel. Including emergency procedures and workplace safety best practices.
•Assist in preparing HSE documentation through the Digital Action Tracking system and all other Compliance programs, including ISN, Veriforce, and Alert.
•Assist in field employee’s compliance of HSE documentation that plays a role in the preparation of analysis reports of HSE key performance indicators.
•Support development of HSE projects and initiatives. Including preparation and documentation for safety audits.
•Assist in the development, update, and compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards.
•Prepare and submit reports on safety activities, compliance status, and incident trends.
•Assist with preparing and conducting weekly Safety meetings and maintaining safety related paperwork.
•Assist in overseeing all purchasing and projected purchasing of PPE needs for TOS.
Essential Job Accountabilities:
• Weekly HSE Recap report completed by 08:00 each Monday (completed on weekly spreadsheet. Assist in documenting).
• Participate/attend bi-weekly team meetings as directed.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with operations personnel.
• Assist in incidents and investigation debriefing.
 

Skills, Training and Experience Qualifications:
• Must possess knowledge and skills in windows-based computer systems. Must demonstrate competency in business software packages such as Word, Excel, Access including charting, graphing and macros.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations/requirements.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
• OSHA certifications are preferred for compliance purposes.
