Job description

We're a fast-growing startup HQ in Chicago, doing our part to revolutionize the legal industry. If you've got a passion for great work environments, customer service, and making people happy, we've got the job for you!

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our operations team. As an Account Manager, you will focus on building and strengthening relationships with Terms Checker's corporate clients. You'll be the lead contact for any all matters related to our clients. In addition, the person in this role will leverage existing relationships to build more business. Those on our ops team are the masterminds behind our customer success and the drivers of Terms Checker's growth!

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously grow relationships with corporate clients
  • Confirm and coordinate work orders
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations if needed and use creative problem-solving skills when necessary
  • Communicate with the product team to define new feature sets to optimize the customer experience
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Define new job roles/duties proactively
