The Product Lead Engineer will own the end-to-end technical direction, architecture, and engineering decisions for products built on ServiceNow HRSD and Procurement modules. This role acts as both the technical visionary and hands-on engineering leader, guiding squads to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Ownership & Architecture
· Define and maintain the technical architecture, engineering roadmap, and platform strategy for ServiceNow HRSD and Procurement products.
· Ensure all solutions align with BU Architecture standards, platform governance, and enterprise technology frameworks.
· Lead evaluation and selection of design options within the ServiceNow ecosystem (HRSD, Procurement, Workflow, Integrations).
Solution Delivery & Engineering Leadership
· Partner with Business Product Managers to shape product vision and translate requirements into ServiceNow capabilities.
· Provide hands-on guidance to engineering squads, including solution design, code reviews, configuration best practices, and performance optimization.
· Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues across HRSD, Procurement, Integrations (MID Server, APIs, Data Models).
· Drive adoption of secure, scalable, modular configurations and tech standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with enterprise platform teams to leverage shared capabilities (Integration Hub, Flow Designer, HR case configurations, Procurement workflows).
· Serve as the primary technical contact for stakeholders, including vendors, architects, RSM, and cross-functional leaders.
· Support prioritization of technical backlogs and manage cross-product dependencies & risks.
Innovation & Governance
· Monitor ServiceNow releases and industry trends to identify new HRSD/Procurement features and innovation opportunities.
· Lead research spikes, proof-of-concepts, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
· Maintain technical catalogs, integrations, interfaces, and compliance with platform governance.

· Deep, hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD, including:
o Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge, HR Workflows
