Job description

Title: Manager, HRIS 

Location: Stamford, CT 

Job Type: Full- Time, Exempt 

About the Role: 

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Manager, HRIS to lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of our HR technology ecosystem. This role will oversee the Company's HRIS platforms, lead a team of HRIS professionals, and partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, and business leaders to optimize HR technology and deliver data-driven solutions that support the business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Dayforce, our applicant tracking system, and other HR technology platforms.
  • Play a key leadership role in the change management process for the Dayforce integration.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals responsible for system administration, reporting, integrations, security, and user support.
  • Lead HR technology implementations, system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure HR systems comply with SOX requirements, internal controls, and data governance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality, automation, and the employee experience.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach across departments, fostering alignment and collaboration to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive HRIS, HR technology and/or HR experience, including enterprise HR systems administration, process optimization and project management.
  • Experience supporting Dayforce or another enterprise HRIS platform.
  • Experience leading HR technology implementations, system enhancements, and cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching or managing HRIS professionals.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable project management certification.
