The company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations while partnering with leadership on meaningful people and culture initiatives.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Human Resources Generalist will manage key operational and administrative HR functions while supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working with confidential employee information, improving systems, analyzing data, supporting managers, and helping create a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement and Performance Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day performance-management process, including goal setting, review schedules, system maintenance, process improvement, and best practices for writing effective performance reviews
  • Develop employee-engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, communication, morale, and retention
  • Partner with employees, managers, senior leaders, and external vendors on a variety of HR matters
  • Support initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Finance and other internal teams on cross-functional projects

HRIS, Payroll, and Systems

  • Manage and maintain the organization’s HRIS and related employee platforms
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements
  • Assist with payroll administration and payroll-related reporting
  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure the integrity of HR systems
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve efficiency, research, communication, and workflow

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Create and update job descriptions
