Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drives the end-to-end recruiting process, utilizing advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source, screen, and secure top talent.
  • Facilitates seamless onboarding and New Hire Orientation sessions that welcome new team members and integrate them into our company culture.
  • Manages accurate data within our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and processes payroll with precision and confidentiality.
  • Administers comprehensive benefits administration programs, answering employee questions and resolving inquiries quickly.
  • Navigates sensitive employee relations matters, applying HR policies fairly and guiding staff toward positive resolutions.
  • Coordinates the annual performance management cycle, tracking goals, reviews, and development milestones.
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
  • Brings at least two years of hands-on experience in a human resources support or coordination role.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of managing recruiting pipelines and onboarding programs.
