About the Role
The Kent Companies is hiring for an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining HR systems, ensuring the accuracy of employee data, creating meaningful reports, and helping improve HR processes through technology.

What You'll Do
HR Systems Administration
• Maintain employee data and records within HR systems.
• Assist with system configuration, security access, workflows, and user setup.
• Support system updates, testing, and new functionality releases.
• Help identify opportunities to improve system performance and user experience.
Reporting & Analytics
• Create and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports.
• Develop dashboards and workforce metrics.
• Analyze trends related to headcount, turnover, labor costs, overtime, recruiting, and other HR metrics.
• Provide data and reporting support to HR and business leaders.
Data Integrity
• Audit employee data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
