The HRIS Systems Analyst role supports the alignment of HR technology with business needs by partnering closely with the HRIS Director to optimize system functionality and data integrity. This position serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, including ADP Managed Services, to ensure effective system support, issue resolution, and delivery of enhancements.

This role contributes to the execution of HRIS-related projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting data imports, troubleshooting system issues, and helping maintain accurate and reliable data across platforms. The HRIS Systems professional plays an important role in enabling efficient processes, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring systems effectively support day-to-day operations and organizational growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Maintain and support HR systems in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams and ADP Managed Services to coordinate issue resolution, system updates, and enhancement requests
  • Support and oversee system integrations and data flows across platforms, collaborating with system owners (e.g., ATS, LMS, EDW) to ensure accuracy and continuity of data
  • Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities to improve support processes and overall system efficiency
  • Support organizational changes, including restructures and acquisitions, through system setup, data alignment, and employee data integration
  • Support and maintain complex data structures and templates (e.g., EDA), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established patterns
  • Document system processes, configurations, and changes to support knowledge sharing and continuity
  • Ensure system data and processes align with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and deliver ad hoc reports to support business needs and decision-making
  • Contribute to HRIS-related projects, including system enhancements, implementations, and process improvements

  • 2–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or related systems-focused roles
  • Hands-on experience working with HR systems (experience with ADP platforms preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and basic functions (e.g., lookups, pivot tables)
  • Experience supporting system integrations, data imports, or data management processes
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and data issues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and data-related issues
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to partner across teams and translate business needs into system-related actions
  • Experience documenting processes and maintaining system-related documentation preferred
  • HR experience or familiarity with HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits) is a plus
  • Project management experience is a plus
