Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join their team.We're seeking a passionate Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team in Waco, TX (relocation included!). You'll play a key role in driving HR efficiency and process improvement through Workday.
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to analyze, design, and implement Workday enhancements.
  • Be the go-to expert for all HR technology, evaluating solutions and recommending improvements.
  • Provide top-notch customer support, resolving complex HRIS questions and issues.
  • Oversee critical projects, ensuring data quality and system effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS Manager to identify new Workday functionalities for process optimization.
  • Manage project lifecycles, from gathering requirements to testing and implementing new systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to empower HR teams on Workday best practices.
  • Create insightful data reports using Workday and other tools to support user needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or MIS (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of HCM experience, with 3+ years using Workday.
  • Strong querying, data analysis, and testing skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
