Job description

OverviewThis role requires on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.Responsibilities

Performs a variety of day-to-day Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions as part of the HR Technology team in the workforce management system (timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, compliance, and analytics). Supports system analysts and super users while ensuring data integrity and the accurate processing and reporting of data. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices.  This position is a point of contact for transactional issues and concerns from within the system. Works independently under general direction, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications

Education

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • One (1) year of experience supporting UKG / Kronos, or comparable workforce management systems is required.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM Preferred
  • Strong critical thinking / analytical skills are essential
  • Experience working in healthcare Preferred
