Job description

HRIS Administrator Capstone is a leading North American supply chain solutions partner with 600+ operating locations and 18,000+ associates. We have capabilities in freight management, warehouse and distribution center support, last mile delivery, supply chain analytics and optimization, and more. We are uniquely positioned to help our partners reduce warehousing and transportation costs and mitigate risks.
Job Summary:
The HRIS Administrator non-exempt position is for an execution and customer service minded team player who has hands on trouble shooting and customer support experience with SaaS HCM systems including core HR, ATS and Payroll.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal technical teams, HR, Payroll and 3rd party services to ensure timely technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance is provided to all HRIS/HCM system users Provide support for data/system errors, HR/HRIS standard operating procedures, security account creation and maintenance Ensure data integrity Performs additional accountabilities as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
Thorough understanding of web-based HRIS/HCM system functions and processes Strong customer service skills Strong understanding of Human Resource standards and practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent technical support skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Creativity, resourcefulness, and insight Adaptable to change Self-confident, motivated and deadline driven Ability to work independently and part of a cross-functional team
Qualifications:
2 +years' experience with one or more web-based HRIS, HCM-ADP preferred Moderate Excel Skills Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
