Part-Time Commercial Cleaning Technician

Hours: 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM (2.5 hours per night)
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

HRB Maintenance is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to service a professional behavioral health office in Annandale, NJ.

This is a quiet office environment with consistent evening hours and long-term stability.


Responsibilities

• Dust desks, tables, and office surfaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas
• Mop laminate and hard surface floors
• Clean and sanitize 2 restrooms
• Clean kitchenette area
• Remove trash and replace liners


Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual
• Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass background check
• Strong attention to detail
