Job Description
Role: Executive Assistant / Lead Front Bar
Location: Multi- Unit (Corte Madera, San Francisco, Santa Rosa)
Pay: $24/hr during training; $26/hr upon completion
Schedule: Full-Time, Sunday-Thursday (Fridays & Saturdays OFF)
Additional:
- 5 days sick pay per year
- 5 days PT available after 90 days of employment- per year
- Complimentary Facial Maven membership (monthly service $109) - can use at any of the locations
Commission:
- 7% commission on any products that the employee sells
- $50 package commission to any package that the employee sells
- $20 membership commission for any membership that employee sell

Position Overview
We're seeking a proactive, organized, and service-driven individual to support Front Bar operations and executive leadership across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys operations, team development, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Front Bar
• Lead daily Front Bar operations and provide shift coverage for call-outs • Manage same-day schedule changes, service adjustments, and client rescheduling • Support team scheduling, breaks, and workflow across locations
• Drive sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and organization
• Travel between locations for operational support, deliveries, and coverage
Training & Team Support
• Train and onboard Front Bar staff on service, sales, and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and opening/closing standards
• Support team accountability and performance goals
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding
Executive Assistant Support
• Partner with leadership (including Hayley) on team communication and scheduling • Help maintain organization and operational consistency across locations • Serve as a key holder for all locations
Marketing & Events Support
• Support Hayley in identifying marketing strategies and opportunities • Share client insights and store feedback to inform decisions
• Assist with executing campaigns as directed
• Assist with planning and coordinating events for both team initiatives and client engagement
• Support influencer communication and coordination for marketing efforts
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of leadership and/or marketing experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for skincare and client experience
• Ability to work evenings/weekends for events as needed
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
Compensation & Perks
• $24/hr training; $26/hr upon completion
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.725/mile
