Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Recruiter to manage hiring efforts for field-based and operational positions. This role will work closely with leadership teams to identify staffing needs, build talent pipelines, and oversee the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with operational leaders to understand current and future staffing needs across multiple locations.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and recruiting events.
• Manage the entire hiring process, including candidate outreach, screening interviews, scheduling, offer presentation, and onboarding coordination.
