About the Role 

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people, uncovering their needs, and helping them find the right solutions? 

As a Sales Associate, you'll engage with customers through inbound and outbound interactions, helping them evaluate products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll combine consultative selling, relationship building, and problem-solving to create value for customers and drive results. You'll receive the training, tools, and support needed to succeed while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Get to Do 

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls while delivering a positive customer experience

  • Present products, services, and promotional offers using approved scripts or customized presentations based on customer needs

  • Build rapport, answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections to help customers make informed purchasing decisions

  • Accurately collect, verify, and update customer information in company systems

  • Maintain expert knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and upsell opportunities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals, quality standards, and productivity expectations to maximize bonus opportunities

  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when appropriate 


What You Need 

Required 

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed

  • Reliable high-speed internet service through a wired broadband provider (minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload); cellular hotspots and wireless-only connections are not permitted

  • Dedicated private workspace with a door that can be closed and secured during working hours

  • Comfortable using multiple systems and web-based tools, including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to participate on camera for meetings and training

  • Ability to read scripts aloud clearly, accurately, and with proper enunciation

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to navigate customer conversations with confidence and professionalism

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

  • Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous sales, customer service, retail, or call center experience

  • Experience meeting performance or productivity goals

  • Bilingual skills (English, Spanish, French, or other languages, depending on program needs)
