As a Hospitality Specialist, youโ€™ll be the face of Luna Grill โ€” delivering genuine service, warmth, and care with every guest interaction.

โ€ข Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and ensure a seamless experience from hello to goodbye
โ€ข Guide guests through our menu, answer questions, and make recommendations
โ€ข Take and process orders accurately using the POS system
โ€ข Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure every order is perfect
โ€ข Deliver food and beverages promptly and with a smile
โ€ข Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas throughout your shift
โ€ข Complete opening/closing tasks and side work with pride
โ€ข Handle to-go and phone orders with efficiency and attention to detail
โ€ข Support your teammates to keep service flowing and guests happy


What Weโ€™re Looking For
