Job Type: Seasonal (Evenings, Weekends & Holidays Required)

Position Summary

Talking Stick Golf Club is seeking reliable, energetic, and guest-focused Banquet Servers to join

our events team. As a Banquet Server, you’ll help execute a variety of special events—ranging

from golf tournaments and weddings to corporate functions—ensuring top-tier service and

smooth, memorable experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven

environment. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to floor plans and event details
  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately during plated and buffet-style events
  • Clear tables, refresh water and beverages, and maintain a tidy event space throughout service
  • Assist with event breakdown and resetting for the next function
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and banquet captains to ensure seamless service
  • Follow event timelines and instructions with attention to detail
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation
  • Ensure all alcohol service complies with state and club policies

Qualifications

  • Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent guest service and time management abilities
  • Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods
  • Must be 18+ with a current Arizona Food Handler’s Card and Title 4 Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
