Job Type: Full-Time (Weekends, Holidays & Evenings Required)

Position Summary

Talking Stick Golf Club is looking for dependable and motivated Line Cooks to join our culinary

team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and executing quality meals in a

timely and consistent manner. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking, works

well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering a great dining experience.

Whether you're working on the grill, sauté, fry, or prep station, you'll contribute to a teamoriented kitchen known for consistency, cleanliness, and high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
  • Assist with food prep, stocking, and restocking as needed
  • Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during busy service periods
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Assist with daily kitchen cleaning tasks, deep cleaning, and closing procedures
  • Support kitchen team with banquet and event prep as needed
  • Report low stock levels or equipment issues to supervisors

Qualifications

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
