Human Resources Generalist

Location: Seattle, WA (In Office)

Rate: $28.00/Hour

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an HR Generalist to help support our location in Seattle, WA. This position is responsible for assisting with recruitment, leave of absences, accommodations, investigations, union grievances, employee relations, and various tasks including administrative support to the team.

The ideal candidate we are seeking will be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic while adhering to our core values; Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.

What Your Day May Look Like

  • Partner with managers to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
  • Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare reports and track HR processes across multiple software platforms.
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Position Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
  • At least 1 year human resources experience required.
  • HR Investigations experience required.
  • Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred.
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
  • Prior customer service experience in fast-paced environment needed.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
