Location: Remote ( Need candidates from PA location only)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Development Manager to focus on e-marketing efforts for our outplacement services. This remote role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, expertise in email marketing, and experience using Microsoft Office and other marketing tools. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute e-marketing campaigns to promote outplacement services.
  • Utilize email marketing tools to engage with potential clients and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Create and deliver compelling email templates, proposals, and presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of e-marketing campaigns to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Track client interactions and update records in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on e-marketing trends and best practices to enhance outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in e-marketing, business development, or a similar role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the staffing industry, sales, e-marketing, or HR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and managing tasks independently.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and basic data analysis is a plus.
