Job description

Title:  Data Entry Specialist
Duration: 6 + Months with possible extension
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana 46204
Work Scheduled time: 8 am – 4:30 pm with a 1 hour lunch break
Pay Rate Range: $20.45 - $23.50/hr  on W2
Interview Type: In Person
 
Position Overview:
  • Prior experience in a role with strong data entry and accuracy.   
  • Prior experience in a role requiring verification of accuracy of data entry.  
  • Prior experience with report processing, compiling, reviewing and ensuring accuracy of report data. 
  • Prior experience with document management and organization within a database. 
  • Data Entry: Precisely input and update data into our systems, maintaining data integrity through regular checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting our team through efficient report processing, data entry, and data management.
  • Report Processing: Accurately compile, review, and process reports, ensuring all data is up-to-date and correctly entered into our system.
  • Collaborate with team members to verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.      
  • Organizational and time management skills
