Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This role is ideal for a bilingual HR professional with a strong foundation in HR practices, compliance, and employee support. The HR Assistant will play a key role in onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and communication between employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and employment documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR records (digital and physical)
  • Support HR compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and employee inquiries
  • Support employee relations matters by documenting concerns and escalating when necessary
  • Coordinate HR-related communications in both English and Spanish
  • Assist with performance review processes and tracking
  • Support offboarding, exit documentation, and final paperwork
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters
Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of HR experience in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role
