About the Role

Houzz is looking for a B2B growth marketing expert to increase traffic, grow the brand, and drive both acquisition and revenue from industry professionals. This individual will champion the value Houzz provides to professionals, and will develop the marketing and analytical infrastructure to guide key decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the expert on our professionals: who they are, what they look for, and how they look for it
  • Create paid and platform campaigns designed to maximize ROI and revenue
  • Measure and optimize paid and platform campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams of creatives and analysts to drive optimizations across paid campaigns, platform placements, landing pages, ad and copy creatives, and lifecycle
  • Test new advertising channels, features, and placements with the ability to define, measure and identify successful tests and scale these programs
  • Manage a P&L for paid spend and company resources
  • Leverage our strong and authentic brand and incredible wealth of content to execute on marketing strategies through paid and platform channels
At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
  • Minimum 4+ years of paid and platform marketing experience
  • A highly analytical and creative mind; develop a thesis, but adapt to results
  • A detail oriented mindset and strong communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Experience managing projects across global teams
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, computer science, marketing, business, economics or related field
Compensation, Benefits and Perks

This role has an annual starting salary range of $150,000 - $160,000. In addition to salary, you’re eligible for competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Houzz. Also, depending on the role, you could be eligible for an equity award. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and specific work location.
