About the Role:
North Tarrytown Housing Authority is looking for a dependable and experienced Senior Office Assistant to join their team in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This is a great opportunity to play a key support role in a public housing organization that makes a real difference in the community. Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to housing authority staff and management
  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and inquiries from residents and the public
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic records, files, and databases
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other official documents as needed
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings
  • Process applications, forms, and documentation related to housing programs
  • Support compliance and record-keeping in accordance with local and federal housing regulations
Requirements:
