Position Description: Position: Housekeeper (Limited-Service Hotel)Reports To: Housekeeping Manager / Assistant General Manager Department: Housekeeping / Guest ServicesStatus: Hourly, Non-ExemptPosition SummaryThe Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas in alimited-service hotel environment. This role supports guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms are clean, comfortable, and maintained to hotel brand standards and company policies.Primary Responsibilities• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds and replenishing amenities.• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and surfaces.• Vacuum, dust, mop, and remove trash from guest rooms and assigned areas.• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance issues and report concerns promptly.• Restock linens, towels, and guest supplies as needed.• Follow all cleaning procedures, safety standards, and chemical handling guidelines.• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping services.• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed.• Complete assigned rooms and tasks within established time standards.Guest Experience Expectations• Provide clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms.• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests.• Support timely room readiness to ensure smooth guest check-in experiences.Qualifications & Requirements• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred; hotel experience a plus.• Ability to follow instructions and cleaning procedures.• Attention to detail and time-management skills.• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.Physical & Work Environment• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and repetitive tasks. • Indoor guest room and housekeeping work environment.Professional Standards• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with hotel grooming and uniform standards.• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.• Uphold company values and contribute to a respectful work environment. $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly
