As a Housekeeping Supervisor on our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and demonstrate your compassion, positively influencing the lives of our residents. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our residents and their loved ones.
What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:
  • Working knowledge of institutional housekeeping practices and standards.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills.
  • Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Complete assignments timely, completely, and accurately.
  • Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
  • Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team.
  • Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
