Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, manage schedules, and work closely with other departments to provide an exceptional guest experience.
 
Pay
$55,000.00 per year
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards in compliance with company policies.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs while controlling labor costs.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
